Can I have more than one name on a Name Your Tune CD?
For sure! We can incorporate multiple names on a Name Your Tune CD...with pleasure. There is no extra cost to have more than one name included throughout our songs. To do this, we alternate songs between the names. When you place your order, simply put the names in the space indicated.

What do I do if the name I want is not on the Name Your Tune list of available names?
We are always adding new names to our list! We all go to the recording studio to add new names all the time! Please email us at info@nameyourtune.com and let us know whose name we need to add. We will be in touch to let you know when it's ready and you can place your order at that time.

Can I spell a name differently than what is listed on your Name Your Tune list of names?
Absolutely! Please indicate your spelling when you order. We make the CDs and labels to order so that they are as personalized as personalized can be!

When will my Name Your Tune CDs arrive?
We ship all Canadian orders with Canada Post Express and Expedited Service so that they are ensured, traceable and will arrive to you quickly! Please know that we will ship orders once payment is received.

I am interested in using Name Your Tune as a loot bag for my child's birthday party. Do you offer volume discounts?
We love doing loot bags! Please contact us at info@nameyourtune.com to request information. Please let us know how many kids are coming to your party.

Do you have a fundraising program for Name Your Tune CDs?
Of course! We would love to hear from you about your fundraising initiatives. We are community oriented and love to support programs for children. Please be in touch to let us know what you are working on! We have a fundraising package that is ready to go and easy to implement.

I have a retail store/website, do you have a wholesale program for Name Your Tune CDs?

PAYMENT and SHIPPING:

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through PayPal. This is the safest way for consumers to shop online payments online. It is simple, fast and free for you to use.

We also accept personal cheques. Please make cheques payable to Name Your Tune and send it to us at:

Will I be notified when my order has shipped?
Yes! We will send an email to the email address that you provide at the time of your order to let you know that your package is on it's way.

Can I pick up my order?
Yes! We have one pick up location in Richmond Hill. If you would like to make arrangements to pick up your order, please email us at orders@nameyourtune.com. Please select "pick-up" when ordering so that you will not be charged for shipping.

What is the turnaround time on the other personalized products that you carry?
"My Woodness Me!" - orders are on a three-week delivery cycle. As soon as they arrive to me, I turn them around and send them to you. We will be in touch when we receive your order to confirm your estimated delivery time.
Blankets - Blanket orders usually can be ready in one week to ten days.
Nameography - Nameography orders take up to three weeks.
Wall Art - These pieces are made to order and will be shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. Please allow 4 - 6 weeks.
Princess Charming Sterling Silver Jewelry - The Princess Charming Collection, Name Bracelets and Key's Company Key Rings will ship to you approximately one week from the time of your order.
Starrytime Books - These ship directly from the creator/producer of these highly personalized books.
Please allow 4 - 6 weeks for delivery.

What is Hear Here?
Hear Here is a non-profit charitable organization that purchases hearing aids for children. Hear Here is administered through The Hospital For Sick Children in Toronto. Hear Here was founded in 2000 by Eric Alper and his audiologists Chris Kyroglou and Nick Veronico of Union Hearing Aid Center in Toronto. What is Play It Forward?
Play It Forward is a campaign that was launched by Name Your Tune in the fall of 2006. We collected pre-loved and new CDs of all genres for donation to The Canadian Music Therapy Trust Fund. The more than 20,000 CDs that were donated are being routed to Music Therapy Centres, Programs, Initiatives and Therapists across the country. We thank everyone who was involved for their support, time and donations. We welcome any questions or comments about Play It Forward to info@nameyourtune.com.

Our Commitment To Our Environment

Name Your Tune CD Packaging Designed with you in mind, our new digipack it is environmentally friendly and made out of recyclable resources using vegetable based ink and water-based coating. The paper has been approved by the Forestry Stewardship Council (FSC), an international organization promoting responsible management of the world's forests socially, environmentally and economically.
Plastic Ain't My Bag Our shipping packaging is also fully recycled and fully recyclable. Please put the envelope your Name Your Tune CDs arrived in in your blue box. We have partnered with We Are What We Do in support of their new "Plastic Ain't My Bag" campaign and encourage you to decline plastic bags where possible.
Zero Footprint Shipping The Zerofootprint Seal on the envelope confirms that we have offset the carbon footprint resulting from shipping your Name Your Tune CDs. The idea of offsetting is to counterbalance the environmental effects of your actions in order to ensure a healthier environment.
